INstateREIA, which is short hand for Indiana State Real Estate Investors Association, is the ONLY STATEWIDE VOICE for Indiana Real Estate Investors.  We work throughout the state, top to bottom with legislators, towns, cities, counties and influencers to fight anti-investor and anti-small business legislation and regulations. We are one of only a handful of Statewide REIA's in the USA that have successfully formed and accomplished legislative impact.

We are a non-profit association where local and regional real estate investors and investment groups can stand together as a centralized, strategic association to champion the issues important to investors across our state.

We create a positive image of housing providers with the general public and legislators. We are your investment association for flipping, rental issues and much more.

As a registered 501c6, any monetary contributions made to Indiana State REIA as a business expense are tax deductible.

How We Fullfill Our Mission:

INstateREIA is Indiana's ONLY statewide voice for real estate entrepreneur's legislation and are PROACTIVE in fighting against anti-investor legislation. We support the Indiana Real Estate community in the following ways:

1. Improve the flow of information in our industry so legislators have factual data, not story book data touted by the media.
2. Improve the understanding that most HOUSING PROVIDERS are hard working small business owners who care about their renters and their communities.
3. Fight for fair state-wide housing and business legislation so that you can continue to provide safe and quality housing to Indiana residents at a fair price.
4. Keep you informed as policies change, so that you won't be unexpectedly penalized or fined because you weren't aware of some new policy.
5. Create a statewide voice for legislators and investors to turn to for best-practice investing and community participation.
